When Dianne was asked to take part in a new prime time BBC One show, we’re not sure she knew she was about to experience a one in a life time trip.

Back in January, Dianne and seven other celebs took off to the snowy mountains of northern Italy to join the Ice Man guru himself Wim Hof. The aim of the show is to promote wellness and self care through the power of cold and ice.

Over a few weeks the cast were pushed and tested like never before and even learned some key lessons that will stay with them forever
